Onboarding
All new members of the team benefit from two weeks at the start of their employment with an induction process, with a buddy, to ensure smooth running. We have a structured induction schedule which includes meeting each member of staff, especially those that deal with specific areas of the practice.
- We will ensure you have an in-depth training on our practice management software - before you need to use it in front of clients.
- We will guide your through our Friends of Westport healthcare plan - the benefits, the available treatments and the savings to our clients.
- We will ensure you understand our insurance processes - we do direct claims for all out clients and the why that is beneficial to us & them.
We will ensure you have full H&S training with Citation, on their Atlas platform

Breaks
We have a protected breaks for all the team - no one is allowed to disturb you and you should never get called away from your lunch! We actively ensure all members of team get their breaks and discourage eating on the run or at a desk.
