As a practice we have a number of clinical coaches within the nursing team that support and encourage the younger student nurses and ACA's alike. Providing them with in-depth knowledge throughout their nursing course, and mentoring them along their chosen career path, even after qualifying this is highly supported. For the vets, there are senior members of the Veterinary Surgeon team that are there for when tricky cases appear or for larger more complicated surgeries. They enjoy passing on skills to the younger newly graduated vets at any given opportunity, and will regularly show them key skills to progress quickly within their profession.
