As a husband and wife team it had long been our ambition to set up Bright Side Vets and are thrilled we made the leap to do so eight years ago. We love the autonomy and fulfilment that being a family run, independent, innovative, small animal first opinion and referral practice brings not only to us but to our amazing team of professionals.

Everyone takes pride in providing high quality pet care alongside a great client experience. This is what keeps our genuinely lovely clients raving about us and has been central to our success that is showing no signs of letting up!

We run a well organised ship and strive to be dynamic and different! We prioritise scheduling time in the diary for clinical meetings, appropriately timed consults, fair sharing of ops and consult blocks…oh and you will get a 1-hour lunch break pretty much every shift! Our team host a wide variety of interests, experience and hair styles which is great for knowledge sharing but more importantly everyone being able to come to work and be themselves.

Irrespective of if we have a formal vacancy or not we are always on the look-out for talented people who want to join our unique Bright Side team. We are happy to tailor a package that suits your needs alongside those of the business, being able to offer flexi working, condensed hours or even job share. It is more important for us that we get the right person in who shares our values.
