You won't need to wait 12 months for a performance review to discuss your career progression or plans. You will receive a 1-2-1 with your Team Leader every month so you have the chance to discuss these as soon as possible.
Professional development
We have no allocated CPD budget - all requests are considered for the individual and what they provide to the practice. We have supported client care, RVNs and vets with additional qualifications and training to ensure you grow in the areas that interest you.
New graduate training scheme
Our Veterinary Surgeon New Graduates receive support by being part of the Vets For Pets Graduate Scheme. This is a two year scheme where you will not only get a day of paid structured CPD each month, but also be part of a cohort of peers making the transition into practice.
