Worklife and reward
Breaks
We strongly believe that protecting our team’s time throughout the day is essential for wellbeing, focus, and high-quality care. To support this, we have structured our working day to ensure everyone gets meaningful breaks and time for admin tasks without pressure.
Each afternoon, the practice closes for a dedicated one-hour lunch break. This guarantees that every team member can enjoy a proper rest, away from phones and appointments.
In addition, we schedule a one-hour gap in appointments towards the end of the day. This protected time allows our clinical team to catch up on administrative duties, write up notes, and tie up any loose ends without feeling rushed.
We’ve found that having this structure in place not only supports individual wellbeing but also helps us maintain a calm, efficient, and supportive working environment.

Family friendly
Many of our staff members are raising young families, and we understand the unique challenges that come with balancing work and family life. In fact, a number of these team members began their journey with us before starting their families, and we’re proud to continue supporting them. By recognising and responding to the needs of working parents, we strive to create a positive, inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
