Employee Experience Survey Results

We recently completed the Meraki Initiative Employee Experience Survey and were thrilled our high rating has been maintained

Back in June 2022 we made use of the Meraki Initiative Employee Experience Survey, to seek in depth anonymous feedback from our team. This is quite a daunting prospect for an employer or manager, but gives such useful insight.

Since then we have grown the team, and with several new starters in 2023 we wanted to repeat the survey. It was great to see that we have managed to maintain a very positive set of results.

This is the summary of our results (survey done in December 2023):

OVERALL EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE RATING 8.6/10

EMPLOYEE NET PROMOTER SCORE 88%

EMPLOYEE LEADERSHIP EVALUATION 9/10

Throughout our workplace profile we reference the survey, which covers a variety of areas including culture, psychological safety, wellbeing, working arrangements, teamwork and learning/development.

Here are just a few of the lovely comments from the team:

“The team is like a family, and everyone gets on well”

“The people here are not just my colleagues, but also amazing teachers and some of my closest friends”

“No toxic behaviour, very good head nurse who cares how her staff feel and ensures everyone is looked after”

“Independent and friendly practice, fantastic team and bosses, well equipped and grateful clients”

“Being valued as a team member and being able to contribute new ideas that are listened to”

“Very talented team of nurses and vets; very well kitted out; good diary management with time for admin”

“Senior members are very approachable and supportive”

“I love the clients and the fact we are independent”
