Throughout our workplace profile we reference the survey, which covers a variety of areas including culture, psychological safety, wellbeing, working arrangements, teamwork and learning/development.

As a result of feedback from the survey we are arranging bespoke communications training for all the team, building on the work we have done in the past using DISC profiling.
