Congratulations Donna!
Many congratulations to Donna, who has achieved her iPET Level 3 Certificate for Veterinary Receptionists, the culmination of two years of study and assessments.
Donna chose to complete her two elective modules in pet bereavement, and team mental health and wellbeing, two areas very close to her heart. Donna has worked within veterinary practices for most of her career, but is always keen to learn and push herself, which we are very happy to support.
