Alpaca Walking

Each summer we do a team-building activity or outing, followed by a BBQ. This year was no exception, despite the rather drizzly conditions!

One of our nurses, Laura Sproul, has a love for alpacas and llamas and suggested we try our hand at alpaca walking this year. We were not disappointed! We visited Woolley Animals Farm Park where along with alpacas we met and fed goats, pigs and sheep. The walk was a lovely stroll through fields and woodland, with an alpaca each or between two. The alpacas were great characters, each with their own personality of course. We would highly recommend it for a lovely team day out.
