Team Building 2024

Every year, time is dedicated to ensuring all team members are gathered outside of work to be updated on current events affecting the branches, business plans and as a chance to strengthen the professional relationships. 2024 saw coffee and cake with a debrief and thank you from the directors, followed by a communication workshop, lunch and then on to Axe Throwing!

Friendly competition, “scream therapy” and trying something new was fun and different, and the team enjoyed being together outside of the work setting. It was an opportunity to chat and laugh and be reminded that we are a great team of good, friendly people who care about their work as well as unwinding and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
