She's staying

Becky is an extremely talented nurse who felt she had stagnated in her career with all of the changes during covid. She was looking for a new challendge nad referral nursing seemed like the logical next stpe. As the lead vet i was so happy for her when she got offered a role and accepted but I could see she was feeling very apprehensive about the whole thing the closer it got towards her start date. 

After talking through her options at length it became apparent that Becky didnt want to leave so instead we are going to help her drive her surgical nursing and anaethesia here at Argyll. We are so happy to retain such a valuable member of the team.
