We are Platinum!

We are delighted that following much evidence generation, zoom meetings, a team syrvey, a day of face to face team interviews, a site visit and a presentation to panel, 387 Vets has been reaccredited as a Platinum Investors in People (IiP) organisation. The accolade is current until March 2027, with annual IiP meetings to ensure we continue to meet our agreed standard. We can't wait to go out and celebrate this amazing achievement as a team!

The IiP framework assesses how well organisations perform at leading, supporting and improving at individual, sub team and whole team level. It addresses 9 key indicators and 27 different markers and we were delighted to be ranked as high performing in all, significantly exceeding IiP-accredited organisation average scores across the board.

Our Clinical Director Hamish noted, "We started our IiP journey back in 2012 to help with improving internal systems and processes in a relatively new business and to really put our emphasis on and investment in team. We're passionate about creating a place where people are happy, motivated and are proud to wear the 387 uniform. We've been platinum accredited since 2016 and continue to work on team wellbeing, empowerment, fulfilment and inclusivity and championing individual's strengths. We are delighted that in our 2024 report, IiP identified that 100% of team believe 387 Vets is a great place to work."
