Exciting conclusion to culture and ethos project

Unveiling of new values-inspired artwork created by the 387 team.

On Friday, we unveiled the culmination of our recent culture and ethos project to create a unique and meaningful piece of artwork. Following on from refresher workshops around our core practice values earlier in the summer, team were asked to submit pictorial representations of the values we pledge to live by in practice. We then commissioned a designer to collate our submissions - over 75 pictures of our understanding of teamwork, compassion, community, respect and knowledge - and have printed and framed the final piece to display on our staffroom wall.

The unveiling took place at a team lunch held for a maternity leaver so that we could all be together for the first viewing. It was really exciting to see everyone's contributions in print and to see so many different reflections of our shared workplace values. We now have a beautiful  new piece of art that also reminds of what makes us special and that has collectively been created by us!
