Job description
We’re looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who values relationships and enjoys being part of a team. You don’t have to be best friends with everyone - but feeling comfortable, supported, and respected at work matters to us.
You’ll be joining an experienced vet team so you don’t need to be a top level surgeon. We’re happy to support you in building confidence and developing your skills. With a large, capable nursing team, we’re looking for someone who respects their knowledge and works collaboratively to get the best outcomes.
You’ll have a positive, methodical approach to your day, with the ability to manage time and priorities sensibly. We don’t want someone who works themselves into the ground - because if you crack, nobody wins. We want someone who loves being a vet and understands the demands of the role, but also recognises there’s more to life than work.
Building trusting relationships with clients is key. Whether you’re discussing a vaccination plan or catching up on how their child did at school, those small connections matter. We believe that bond is crucial to high quality veterinary care.
